Irving

Bridlewood, Irving Neighborhood

Las Colinas offers a blend of housing options, including spacious lofts and larger residences, with many properties constructed around 1995. The neighborhood features a variety of local businesses, including approximately 10 cafes and grocery stores, providing convenient dining and shopping choices nearby. Green spaces such as Bird's Fort Trail Park and Meadow Creek Park create inviting environments for outdoor time, easily accessible from most areas. Though primarily vehicle-friendly, the neighborhood provides several bus lines with stops located nearby. Parking availability is ample, and proximity to Lyndon B Johnson Freeway ensures efficient travel connections. Educational institutions include both public and private elementary and secondary schools.

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Las Colinas, as well as some areas with a vibrant atmosphere. There are over 50 parks close by for residents to relax in, including Parkside Commons and The Elis Walker Outdoor Learning Center, and they are very well-spread out, making it easy to get to them. This part of Irving is relatively quiet, due to the presence of few people out and about on the streets, although those who are near Lyndon Baines Johnson Freeway, W John Carpenter Freeway or the railway line may experience higher levels of noise.
